    Seth brings 25+ years leading cybersecurity, code-quality, and blockchain experience. Most recently, Seth was the former CEO of Certora, a world leading Crypto Security firm. Prior to Certora, Seth co-founded both Mobile Helix, a mobility security software vendor and Coverity the leader in code quality solutions to its $375M acquisition by Synopsys. Seth holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

    Andrew brings 25+ years in disruptive technology sales and leadership experience, including IPOs and exits from world leading software and hardware vendors including: TurboLinux (2.1 Kernel), Citrix (IPO), VMware (EMC), Riverbed (IPO), Coverity (Synopsys), Whiptail (Cisco), NetMotion (Carlyle), Instart (Akamai), and Weka. Most recently Andy built the TradFi program for Certora, a world leading Crypto Security firm. Andy holds a BS from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

    Armen has been a pioneer and expert in Crypto and Blockchain since its inception. Most recently, Armen drove 50%+ of Certora’s revenue, built market-making and MEV bots, and has experience as a DeFi yield fund advisor. Armen holds a BS in Math and Data Science from UC Irvine.
